He is currently pursuing a degree in chemistry at Maastricht University. His experience in launching early-stage ventures provides him with a deep understanding of startup growth, team building, and the complexities of scaling mission-driven innovation.

Founder and CTO
Jelle brings a strong interdisciplinary foundation to Ætheria. With expertise spanning mechanical engineering, physics, and thermal systems, he drives the technical design and refinement of the company’s insulation foam gas recovery systems.
He is currently pursuing his studies at the Maastricht Science Programme, with a focus on physics, physical chemistry, mathematics, and computer science.
His ability to bridge theory with hands-on innovation has been instrumental in Ætheria’s early-stage prototyping and engineering development, bringing both creativity and technical depth to Ætheria’s mission of developing scalable solutions for circular waste systems.

She is currently pursuing her studies at the Maastricht Science Programme, with a concentration in physics and mathematics. As part of her academic journey, she broadened her expertise while studying abroad at City University of Hong Kong, specializing in systems and environmental engineering.

Organic Chemist
