2025 Hult Prize Global Semifinalist

This August, Ætheria members—David Dixon, Julian Alessi, Jelle Bokma, and Mia Linzteris—will compete at the Hult Prize Global Accelerator in the United Kingdom, hosted at the historic Ashridge House.

The Hult Prize is widely recognized as the “Nobel Prize for Students.” Each year, over 100,000 young entrepreneurs from universities worldwide apply, and only 22 ventures are selected to advance to the Global Accelerator. These teams receive world-class mentorship, build partnerships, and compete for the chance to win $1M in seed funding to scale their ideas.

Ætheria’s selection is a recognition of our innovative approach to tackling one of today’s hidden climate challenges: the greenhouse gases trapped in insulation foams. At the accelerator, our team will refine our solution, showcase our technology, and connect with global leaders in climate innovation.

We are honored to represent both the Netherlands and Maastricht University in this year’s cohort—and excited to share the next steps of our journey with you.
